After 11 years of hustle as an automotive engineer, Jeff Disher started to dream about what it might be like to operate a product development firm that truly made a difference. He was looking for more meaning— a greater purpose. The time was right to take a chance. In early 2000, with a young family at home, Jeff took that chance. He set up a card table, plugged in his computer, and went to work inside a local conference room in Zeeland, Michigan. Disher Design and Development was born. What is DISHER’s sweet spot today? Delivering product development solutions in a highly collaborative and responsible way. “I wanted my customers to sleep better at night knowing their project was in good hands,” comments Jeff.
